With the Multi-Platform Stream Distribution (MPSD) system, included with the $49/month (1 destination) and $79/month (up to 3 destinations) packages, you can stream simultaneously to other platform(s) (such as Youtube, Periscope/Twitter or Facebook) as well as to your website, apps, Roku channel, Apple TV & Chromecast.

NOTE: To use this MPSD method, the standard Facebook Live simultaneous streaming option found in the Sunday Streams Manager at "Player Options -> More... -> Third Party -> Facebook Live" must be disabled as these features cannot be used at the same time.

Step 1: Activate Multi-Platform Stream Distribution

In the Sunday Streams Manager, navigate to "Player Options -> More... -> Third Party -> Multi-Platform Stream Distribution", and follow the simple onscreen instructions to activate. Once activated, you will see your current "Destination(s)" information ready for you to edit listed on the page.

Step 2: Get Server URL and Stream Key from Facebook

Option 1: Copy Server URL and Stream Key from your 'Personal Timeline'

If streaming to your Personal Timeline, you can get the RTMP and Stream Name by clicking on the Live Video link above your timeline.

Option 2: Copy Server URL and Stream Key from your 'Facebook Page'

If streaming to your Facebook Page, you can go to Publishing Tools > Video Library > +Live to find the page with your RTMP url and stream name.

Step 3: Copy Server URL and Stream Key to Sunday Streams Manager

Once you click the "Live Video" button (for Personal Timeline) or "+ Live" button (for Facebook Page) in Step 2, you will see this Facebook Live information window as showing in Part 1 below.

Part 1: As shown in the screenshot above, leave "Use a secure connection (SSL)" unchecked. However, be we recommend to check "Use a persistent stream key" as that will make it so that you do not need to update your settings in the Sunday Streams Manager each time you stream (if you ever reset your persistent stream key, you would need to update your settings in the Sunday Streams Manager).

Part 2 (see screenshot above): Click the "Configure" (or "Edit Configuration") button in the Multi-Platform Stream Distribution page in the Sunday Streams Manager.

Part 3 (see screenshot above: On the "Configuration" page in the Sunday Streams Manager (see screenshot below), paste the Server URL and Persistent Stream Key from the Facebook Live settings page as shown in the screenshot above. Once pasted, click "Update Settings" to save your settings.

Step 4: Stream Settings

To have your stream distributed to the platform(s) automatically when you start your stream to Sunday Streams, click on "Enable Distribution". To stop automatically sending your stream to the platform, or to enable the ability to manually start and stop your distribution to the platform, click "Disable Distribution".

To start your stream distribution manually, have the distribution configured and set to disabled before you start streaming to Sunday Streams. Click "Start Live Distribution" when you want to start distributing you stream to the platform(s). Click "End Distribution" to stop the stream distribution to the platform(s), or stop your stream to Sunday Streams.

The status indicators on the Multi-Platform Stream Distribution page will be updated when you open the page and when you click on the Refresh button. If you started streaming after opening the page and want to manually start a stream, click "Refresh" and then "Start Live Distribution".

Step 5: Steps for Each Broadcast

First, start your stream on your hardware or software encoder.

Next, as in Step 3 above, log into your Facebook account or page as an admin and navigate to the same page where you copies the Server URL and Stream Key from Facebook (see screenshot below).

As seen on the far right of the screenshot above, the final step is to give the video a title, description and click the Go Live button on the bottom right =).
